Line Producer | B.Des Professionals | Thane

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Producer to join our dynamic hardware and networking division in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) and 3-4 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a unique blend of creative understanding and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day production activities for hardware and networking projects, from concept to completion.

Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks that could impact project timelines or quality.

Ensure adherence to design specifications and quality control standards throughout the production lifecycle.

Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Provide regular status updates and reports to management on project progress.

Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment within the production team.
