Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain and logistics operations for our hotel and restaurant properties. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management, procurement, transportation, and vendor relations, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize storage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Plan and execute transportation and distribution activities, ensuring efficient movement of goods.
- Monitor and analyze logistics costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to logistics and supply chain.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics activities, performance metrics, and inventory status.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to understand their logistical needs and provide effective solutions.
