Maintenance Engineer (3-5 Yrs) | Ludhiana

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all building systems and equipment, as well as maintaining a safe and conducive work environment for our employees. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Troubleshoot and repair equipment and system malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.

Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to building maintenance.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide immediate solutions.

Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
