Manager Information Security (B.Tech/B.E. Required) - Mumbai

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager Information Security with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing robust information security strategies to protect our company's digital assets and sensitive data. This role requires a strong understanding of security principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks, coupled with a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats.
- Manage and monitor security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software.
- Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security into all aspects of the business.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
