Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand their needs and medical history.
- Perform various types of therapeutic massages (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue) tailored to individual requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate client records and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Utilize knowledge of legal principles and regulations (from LLB education) to advise on employee wellness programs and ensure compliance in service delivery.
- Assist in organizing wellness events and workshops for staff.
