Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map existing operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes for inter-departmental communication and data exchange.
- Coordinate with sales, underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and performance metrics.
- Support the development and execution of new operational initiatives and projects.
- Manage and maintain operational databases and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes and systems.
