Mine Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mine Manager with a M.Pharma degree and 3-6 years of experience to oversee and manage our operations in Kolkata. This role requires a unique blend of pharmaceutical knowledge and operational management skills to ensure efficient and compliant site management. You will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the site, ensuring adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans and strategies for the mining site, aligning with company objectives.
- Supervise and manage all mining activities, including extraction, processing, and material handling.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control measures.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, equipment, and finished products, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mining equipment and machinery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and train site personnel, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Prepare regular reports on site performance, production, safety, and financial aspects for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and R&D, to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize pharmaceutical knowledge to ensure the safe handling and management of any chemical or material inputs relevant to site operations.
