Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Occupational Health & Safety Specialist with a B.Des background to join our team in Gurgaon. This role will focus on integrating user-centered design principles into our safety protocols and initiatives, particularly within the context of industry standards and worker well-being. You will contribute to developing innovative solutions that enhance safety awareness, reduce risks, and improve the overall working environment for various stakeholders within the Indian industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design engaging safety training materials, infographics, and visual aids tailored for diverse industrial settings and worker demographics.
- Conduct user research and usability testing on safety equipment, procedures, and digital platforms to identify areas for improvement from a human-centered design perspective.
- Collaborate with safety officers and industry experts to translate complex safety regulations and best practices into easily understandable and actionable visual communication.
- Propose and implement design-led interventions to improve workplace ergonomics, hazard communication, and emergency preparedness.
- Contribute to the development of user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools for safety metrics and incident analysis.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in occupational health, safety, and human-centered design, applying them to enhance our safety initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of safety awareness campaigns and events.
