Role Summary:
Viacom18 Studios is seeking a driven and analytical High Performance Analyst with 1-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our corporate team in Bangalore. This role will involve analyzing performance metrics, identifying key trends, and providing insights to optimize business operations within the entertainment sector. You will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and legal compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify performance drivers and areas for improvement within film and media projects.
- Conduct legal and compliance reviews of contracts, agreements, and production-related documentation, ensuring adherence to Indian entertainment laws.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments, including legal, finance, and production, to gather data and provide analytical support.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all analytical outputs and recommendations are legally sound and compliant with regulatory frameworks.
