Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Head with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM and a passion for driving product presentation and sales strategies within the BPO/Call Centre industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product placement and promotion.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective product campaigns.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product catalogs and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to procurement teams.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand their merchandising approaches.
- Prepare reports on merchandising effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Gain exposure to client-specific product requirements and service offerings.
