Opening for Vice - Chancellor | Corporate

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice - Chancellor with 2-4 years of experience to join our corporate team in Noida. This role is crucial in supporting the strategic initiatives and operational excellence within our Ports & Shipping business. The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA/PGDM knowledge to contribute to business development, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans for the Indian operations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies.
- Support the executive leadership team in financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (operations, finance, legal, HR) to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and business units.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of operational processes within the logistics and supply chain domain.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the Ports & Shipping sector in India.
