Pattern Master

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Pattern Master with 4-6 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our innovative team in Delhi. The Pattern Master will be responsible for translating design concepts into tangible patterns and prototypes, ensuring precision and adherence to aesthetic and functional requirements within the metals and mining sector. This role requires a strong understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, and design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to interpret design sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for pattern creation.
- Develop and refine 2D and 3D patterns for metal components, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability.
- Utilize CAD software and other relevant tools to create, modify, and finalize patterns.
- Oversee the creation of prototypes and samples, providing feedback for design and pattern adjustments.
- Ensure patterns meet quality standards, dimensional tolerances, and functional requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of pattern development, material usage, and production processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and advanced pattern-making techniques.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to pattern accuracy or production implementation.
