As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing sports and leisure products that best suit their needs and preferences. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience, leveraging your technical background from a BCA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their sports and fitness goals, lifestyle, and product preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations for apparel, equipment, and accessories across various sports categories.
- Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and usage guidance.
- Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on the latest sports trends, new product arrivals, and competitor offerings.
- Leverage your BCA knowledge to analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for personalized marketing and product bundling.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Organize and maintain product displays and personal shopping areas.
