Placement / Alumni Officer (M.Com Required) - Nagpur

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Placement / Alumni Officer with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our alumni network and facilitating placement opportunities for our students/graduates. This role requires excellent communication, networking, and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of alumni and their professional profiles.
- Organize and coordinate alumni events, networking sessions, and workshops.
- Act as a liaison between the company, educational institutions, and potential employers.
- Assist in identifying and securing internship and placement opportunities for students/graduates.
- Manage communication channels with alumni, including newsletters, emails, and social media.
- Track and report on placement statistics and alumni engagement metrics.
- Support the development and implementation of career development programs.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the placement and alumni office.
