Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Supply Technician with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our technical team at our Thiruvananthapuram facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of power supply systems and related equipment, ensuring reliable and efficient operation. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles, power electronics, and a meticulous approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain various power supply units, including UPS systems, generators, and power conditioning equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on power infrastructure to identify and address potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software related problems within power supply systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Repair or replace faulty components and equipment to restore optimal functionality.
- Monitor power system performance and efficiency, implementing adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of power systems with other infrastructure.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices in all aspects of work.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in power supply technology and relevant software applications.
