Pre Sales Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Pre Sales Engineer with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our innovative steel products and potential clients, focusing on understanding customer needs and articulating the value proposition of our solutions. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Analyze customer's financial and operational data to identify how our steel products can offer cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) with a strong emphasis on financial justification and ROI.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our product portfolio, including specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the iron and steel industry.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
