Principal Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Principal Consultant to join our Manufacturing & Production team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and a desire to grow within a leading industrial conglomerate. You will be instrumental in supporting project teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the successful execution of manufacturing initiatives. This position is suitable for candidates with a 12th Pass qualification and 1-6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of manufacturing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Support in the monitoring of production processes, identifying potential bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and engineers on site assessments and data collection.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on assigned tasks.
- Learn and apply best practices in manufacturing and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
- Support in the implementation of new manufacturing techniques or technologies under guidance.
