Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and procuring goods and services required for port operations and logistics.

Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in accordance with company policies.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Support the procurement team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process.

Ensure compliance with all procurement procedures and regulations.
