Program Manager - Technology / IT

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager - Technology / IT to join our team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for overseeing and driving technology initiatives that support our import and export operations and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA/PGDM background and 4-6 years of experience in program management to ensure successful execution of strategic technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets for technology projects within the import/export domain.

Manage cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, supply chain, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to keep programs on track.

Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and business processes.

Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and provide regular status reports to senior management.

Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project goals, progress, and outcomes.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in project management and technology implementation.

Contribute to strategic technology planning and roadmap development, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.
