Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 4-6 years of experience in managing projects within the financial services sector, preferably in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of critical projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for complex initiatives within the investment management domain.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Track project progress, report on status, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate project closure activities and conduct post-project reviews.
