Project Manager - Construction

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Master's degree to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects for our corporate facilities in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. This role requires 5 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee all phases of the construction lifecycle, from site selection and design to construction and handover.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
