Quality Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with 5 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our petrochemical and plastic products meet stringent quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues, implementing quality control measures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of products to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, determining root causes and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related problems.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
