The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring security protocols are maintained, and providing a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of administrative and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage the main reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV and access control, reporting any suspicious activities.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure all security procedures are followed for entry and exit.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
• Liaise with internal departments and external agencies as needed.
