Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of daily operations and workflow of the Chief Officer / Mate team.
- Support in inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking of materials and finished goods.
- Participate in the monitoring of production schedules and provide updates on progress.
- Help in data collection and analysis for operational performance improvement.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Assist in maintaining quality control standards and procedures.
