We are seeking a highly qualified Derrickman with 1-2 years of experience and a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic Furniture & Furnishing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and a passion for innovation within the furniture manufacturing domain. This role involves overseeing critical operational aspects related to material handling and processing, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. As a Derrickman, you will be instrumental in optimizing production workflows and contributing to the development of advanced furniture solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the operation of derrick equipment for material lifting and positioning in furniture manufacturing processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of material flow and handling techniques to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with research and development teams to integrate advanced materials and fabrication methods into furniture production.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures during all operational phases.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative manufacturing processes for high-quality furniture.
