Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Controller with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our dynamic Events / Live Entertainment team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of inventory, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in our event operations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for all event assets, including equipment, props, and materials.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Track inventory movement, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Manage inventory software and ensure data integrity.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize stock levels.
- Coordinate with event production teams to ensure timely availability of required inventory.
- Identify and report obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
- Implement quality control measures for incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and storage regulations.
- Prepare regular inventory reports for management.
