Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated Merchandise / Retail Planner with 2-3 years of experience and a Diploma to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data, managing inventory levels, and developing effective merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and drive sales within our industrial equipment division. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of retail planning principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze sales trends, market demand, and competitor activities to forecast product needs.

Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan product assortments and promotional activities.

Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for visual merchandising and product placement improvements.

Prepare regular reports on inventory, sales, and merchandising effectiveness for management review.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
