We are seeking a motivated and creative Retail Sales professional with 1-3 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will leverage their design sensibility and sales acumen to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth within our retail channels for printing and publishing products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement in-store merchandising strategies that align with brand aesthetics and product appeal, utilizing M.Des principles.

Engage customers on the shop floor, understand their needs, and effectively showcase the features and benefits of our printing and publishing products.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing point-of-sale materials and promotional displays.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product placement and sales improvement.

Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences and design-related suggestions based on retail interactions.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends within printing and publishing.

Assist in managing inventory and ensuring product availability on the retail floor.
