We are seeking a motivated and creative Customer Engagement professional with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our dynamic team at Ather Energy in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with our customer base, ensuring exceptional user experiences, and gathering valuable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to foster loyalty and advocacy.

Design and execute customer feedback mechanisms, surveys, and usability studies.

Create engaging content and experiences for our customer community across various platforms.

Collaborate with product design, marketing, and customer support teams to translate customer needs into actionable insights.

Champion the voice of the customer throughout the organization.

Utilize your M.Des background to bring a user-centered design thinking approach to customer engagement initiatives.
