Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Registrar to join our team in Chandigarh. The Registrar will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within the biotechnology sector. This role is ideal for a B.Sc graduate with 2-5 years of experience in administrative or regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all official records, registers, and databases related to company operations and personnel.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all documentation, including applications, licenses, and permits.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and submissions for regulatory authorities.
- Manage the filing and retrieval system for all important documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for record-keeping and compliance.
- Support the legal and compliance teams in their day-to-day activities.
- Handle correspondence and communication with external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant regulations and policies.
