Reservation Manager - Food Processing Sector (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing reservation systems and processes within our food processing operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and seamless customer interactions. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the reservation system, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize reservation efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Analyze reservation data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive booking experience.
- Train and mentor junior staff on reservation procedures and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the reservation system promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
