Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and analytical Reservoir Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our product placement, inventory management, and customer flow within our retail spaces (both online and offline touchpoints). You will leverage your unique B.Des perspective to translate customer behavior data into actionable insights for improved retail strategy and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer journey data and identify patterns for product placement optimization.
- Develop and visualize spatial layouts for retail stores and online platforms to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to align product strategies with customer flow insights.
- Design and conduct user experience (UX) research to understand customer interaction with our retail environments.
