Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail & B2C Sales professional with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Tech/B.E. degree to join our growing team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the urban transport sector, focusing on direct-to-consumer (B2C) strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels, including in-person interactions, local events, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored mobility solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and drive customer acquisition.
- Manage sales pipelines, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company's retail and B2C operations in Mangalore.
