Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Retail Banking Sales professional with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is crucial for driving sales of our retail banking products and services, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our retail banking business. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and offering suitable banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire new retail banking customers through various sales channels.
- Promote and sell a range of retail banking products, including savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans (personal, home, vehicle), and credit cards.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
