Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Safety Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. This role will support the implementation and monitoring of safety protocols within our TV and Radio operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a B.Pharma background to enter the field of industrial safety within the media industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and review of safety procedures and guidelines for broadcast facilities and on-location shoots.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of workplaces, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards.
- Document and report safety incidents, near misses, and audit findings.
- Support the investigation of safety incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain safety-related records and documentation.
- Assist in the training of employees on safety best practices and emergency procedures.
- Stay updated on current safety regulations and industry standards relevant to the media and broadcasting sector.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a strong safety culture.
