Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Head (B2B) to lead our business-to-business sales efforts within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with key institutional clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, a proven track record in B2B sales leadership, and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree, bringing a unique blend of technical acumen and commercial expertise. This position is based in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Identify and penetrate new market segments and customer accounts within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, procurement managers, research institutions, and other B2B clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and sales channels.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
- Set ambitious sales targets, monitor performance against these targets, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage sales budgets and ensure profitable growth.
- Leverage your M.Tech background to understand and articulate the technical value proposition of our pharmaceutical products and solutions.
