Seeking Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) (3-5 Yrs) for a Startup

Role Summary:
Woven Industries is seeking a skilled and motivated Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline and a strong understanding of 3D printing technologies and processes. You will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and implementing additive manufacturing solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize 3D models and print files for various additive manufacturing processes (e.g., FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF).
- Operate and maintain industrial 3D printers, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
- Conduct material research and testing to identify suitable printing materials for specific applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to 3D printing processes, including print failures, material defects, and machine malfunctions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production) to ensure successful project execution.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct post-processing of 3D printed parts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in additive manufacturing technologies, materials, and software.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation.
