Seeking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (2-4 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 2-4 years of experience and a Diploma to join our esteemed MNC in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, particularly within the dynamic Hotels & Restaurants sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Manage banking relationships and oversee treasury functions.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
