We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Industrial Relations Assistant. This role is crucial in ensuring harmonious employee relations and compliance with labor laws within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will support the Industrial Relations Manager in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks related to employee welfare and workplace management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining employee records and personal files.

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Help in organizing employee welfare activities and events.

Liaise with employees on queries related to attendance, leave, and other HR matters.

Assist in preparing reports and documentation for industrial relations matters.

Provide administrative support to the Industrial Relations department.
