Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Exit Management Associate to join our team in Nasik. This role is ideal for individuals with a 12th Pass education and 0-2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in a dynamic power sector environment. The Exit Management Associate will be responsible for assisting in the smooth and efficient closure of projects, customer accounts, and other operational exits, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end exit process for various projects and customer accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to gather necessary information and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to exits, including contracts, closure reports, and final settlements.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, customers, and vendors to facilitate the exit process.
- Track and monitor the progress of ongoing exits, identifying and resolving any potential roadblocks.
- Ensure all exit-related data is accurately entered and updated in the company's systems.
- Support in conducting post-exit reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures throughout the exit management lifecycle.
