Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Master's degree to join our Employee Relations team. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in managing employee relations within a leading financial institution. You will support the team in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Help maintain employee records and documentation related to employee relations matters.
- Conduct preliminary investigations into employee complaints under the guidance of senior team members.
- Contribute to the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes from an employee relations perspective.
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
