Job Description

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Retention Specialist with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our growing team in Lucknow. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to build a career in customer relationship management within the dynamic building materials industry. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our existing clientele, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant building material products.
- Proactively engage with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client retention strategies.
- Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvements.
- Track key client retention metrics and report on progress to management.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
- Build strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
