Seeking Facility Manager (3-4 Yrs) for a Corporate

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our corporate facilities in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant field and 3-4 years of hands-on experience in facility management, preferably within the corporate or retail sector. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for our employees and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and groundskeeping.

Oversee and coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment.

Manage space planning and office moves as needed.

Respond to facility-related emergencies and issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and contracts.
