Seeking IT Operations Management (3-4 Yrs) for a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU)

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Operations Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and operational processes within a large-scale organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our IT operations, supporting critical railway projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage day-to-day IT operations, including network, servers, and end-user support.

Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance.

Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, and oversee procurement processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and ensure IT readiness.

Contribute to the planning and execution of IT infrastructure upgrades and maintenance.

Prepare regular reports on IT operations performance and system status.
