Seeking Purser / First Purser (1-2 Yrs) for Bata India Limited

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash handling, including daily reconciliation of sales, floats, and petty cash.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of sales records and inventory logs.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support the store manager in operational tasks and staff coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
