Seeking Sr. Consultant (2-4 Yrs) for a Corporate

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and analysis to understand stakeholder needs and pain points within the metals and mining context.

Apply design thinking methodologies to develop innovative solutions for business challenges.

Create user journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes to visualize and test potential solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and management, to implement design solutions.

Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in design and corporate strategy.
