Seeking Teaching Assistant (2-4 Yrs) for a PSU

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Teaching Assistant with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to support our training and development programs within the Defence & Aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will assist in curriculum development, conduct training sessions, and provide guidance to junior personnel. This role is crucial for enhancing the technical skills and knowledge of our workforce, ensuring HAL maintains its leadership in aerospace innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior instructors in developing and updating training materials, modules, and presentations for technical courses related to aerospace engineering, aircraft maintenance, and avionics.
- Deliver lectures and practical demonstrations to trainees, explaining complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Provide one-on-one support to trainees, addressing their queries and facilitating their learning process.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment results accurately.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies and content.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aerospace technology and incorporate them into training programs.
- Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and guest lectures by industry experts.
