Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and technically adept Technical Director with 1-2 years of experience, holding a BCA degree, to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for overseeing and driving our technology initiatives within the Ports & Shipping sector. You will be instrumental in supporting the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline our complex logistics networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of technology projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of software applications and systems relevant to port operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and propose solutions.
- Contribute to the analysis of data to identify areas for technological improvement.
- Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems.
- Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
- Document technical processes and system configurations.
