We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Merchandiser with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and a strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising principles and digital platform management. You will be responsible for optimizing product presentation, managing online content, and enhancing the user experience on our digital platforms to drive sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute online merchandising strategies that align with business objectives.

Manage and update product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Analyze website performance data, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Implement A/B testing for product pages, banners, and promotional campaigns to optimize conversion rates.

Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across the website, identifying and resolving any navigation or usability issues.

Create and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce and digital merchandising.
