Sr. Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Consultant with 4-6 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our growing team in Ludhiana. The Sr. Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall growth of our healthcare EdTech platform. This role requires a blend of analytical acumen, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in India.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness within the healthcare sector.
*   Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
*   Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and objectives.
*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and drive business growth.
*   Analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making and optimize business processes.
*   Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on project status, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
*   Engage with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and institutional partners, to understand their needs and foster strong relationships.
*   Contribute to the development of new educational programs and content by identifying industry trends and skill gaps.
